Click on Start|Run and type regedit.
Click Ok.
Navigate to the following locations in the registry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Inkfile and delete IsShortcut in the right pane.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile and delete IsShortcut in the right pane.
Restart the computer.
You can also use TweakUI to do the same if you are not comfortable going into the registry.
