This error can occur if your computer is infected with a SubSeven Trojan Virus. To find out if your computer is infected with the above perform the following:
- Click on Start and Run.
- Type msconfig and click on OK
- Select the win.ini tab at the top.
- Double click on Windows to expand it.
- If you find the following line, Run=Msrexe.exe, then your computer is infected.
To remove the virus you should get the latest update for your antivirus program and run it. If you do not have an antivirus program you can download AVG for free.
